Q: How do I know you will pay us the success fee if a deal closes?
A: We have the borrower sign a fee agreement in your company name. When a deal closes, you will be the broker of record. All money will be paid directly to you.

Q: How do I know you won’t steal our client and cut us out of the deal?
A: We are contracted to work directly for you. As added assurance, when you sign up for our service we sign a binding, non-circumvent agreement.

Q: How many leads can I send you per month?
A: There is no cap on the number of leads you may send us per month.

Q: Do you take a percentage of the loan revenue?
A: No, we do not take any portion of the loan revenue.

Q: How do I submit leads to you?
A: You can submit leads four ways:

Q: What happens If I don't want you to talk directly to my clients?
A: No problem. If you wish to have one of your loan officers involved at all times that is up to you. However, in our experience, it’s more efficient to let us do our job and manage the entire process from start to finish

Q: How do we attract commercial borrowers?
A: When you join our service you will receive a marketing guide geared toward attracting commercial mortgage borrowers.

Q: Is it expensive to market for commercial borrowers?
A: Our marketing guide covers many different strategies that you can implement at minimal cost.

Q: What is the potential fee on a commercial loan?
A: Fee structures are based on many different elements: Loan Size, Property Type, Risk, etc. Every deal will be different. Example: Let’s say you have a $2,000,000 office building loan. If you charge just one percent of the loan amount, your fee would be $20,000.

Q: What is the cost associated with your service?
A: The cost of the service is an annual fee of $6,900, payable in equal monthly installments ($575 per month). There will also be a processing fee charged to the borrower which they will pay directly to Silver Lion Financial.

Q: How much is the processing fee?
A: The processing fee will range from $250 to $995. This fee is determined by the size and complexity of the loan.

Q: Is there a discount if I pay for the service up front?
A: Yes. If you pay for the service up front, the cost will be $5,800-—a $1,100 discount.
